One Warm Coat, a national nonprofit working to provide free coats to anyone in need, is mobilizing communities across the U.S. to take action this winter. Since 1992, One Warm Coat has helped distribute nearly 9 million coats, keeping 22 million pounds of textiles out of landfills and ensuring that every coat collected stays within the community where it was donated.
